Job Responsibilities: As an Account Executive at Digital Childcare, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls to prospects, engaging them in meaningful conversations about Digital Childcare's offerings.

  • Demonstrating product features and benefits through live and virtual demos, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.

  • Generating and qualifying leads to drive sales growth, identifying opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

  • Creating a roadmap and marketing  & sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Developing compelling campaigns to engage target audiences and drive conversion rates.

  • Utilizing research to meet and exceed monthly quotas for creating new sales opportunities each month. This includes responding to warm and hot inbound leads, as well as cold calling and cultivating new leads.

  • Taking the lead on marketing initiatives to effectively reach target audiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.

  • Meeting monthly quotas set by the Employer, consistently striving to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and understanding their needs.

  • Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, keeping them informed of sales performance and market trends.

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

 

What you bring to our team:

  • 2+ years in a closing role or equivalent in a SaaS environment

  • Experience with a transactional/fast sale process

  • Discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of the industry

  • Inherent humility and self-awareness
