Designing YES Spaces: Embrace the YES and Design a Space FOR Children

This workshop will cover the benefits of designing a YES space and how to design one. Participants will learn to design a program space that allows children to discover who they are rather than educators telling them who they are.

• By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
• Understand the theory behind the classroom as the third teacher
• Design a space that encourages children to be individuals
• Design a space where children can move freely without interruption
• Support the importance of a YES space
