Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative at Digital Childcare, your primary role is to identify and qualify potential leads for our digital childcare management tool. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our product to generate interest and sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Lead Generation: Proficient in identifying and cultivating leads through various channels. Responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development

  • Negotiation Skills: Navigating and negotiating deals to achieve successful sales outcomes.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify and address prospect challenges, suggesting relevant products.

  • Time Management: Efficiently prioritize and manage time to meet and exceed sales targets. Record and update Salesforce data accurately and in real time.

  • Adaptability: Quickly adjust strategies in response to changing market dynamics and customer feedback.

  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with software, digital tools, and sales automation for efficient workflow.

  • Research Skills: Utilize research to understand prospects, industry trends, and competitor landscapes.

  • Rapport Building: Build quick rapport with key decision-makers in early childhood programs

  • Problem-Solving: Skillful at identifying challenges and offering effective product solutions.

  • Target-Driven Attitude: Stay motivated and focused on achieving and surpassing sales quotas.

  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales efforts.

  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry advancements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation and developing new business

  • Experience with various tools, which are not limited to Freshsales, Freshdesk, SendGrid software

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Further education or experience with Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is a plus
